     Rev. Jennifer Ann Bowers, RMT

From a very early age Jennifer Ann has been exploring and developing her creativity. In high school she won several awards at the Colorado State Industrial Arts Fair for her ceramic and silver pieces. She has also made several custom works for Order of Eastern Star Worthy Matrons and Order of the Amaranth Royal Matrons and Patrons. In 2007 she took up photography and has enjoyed utilizing her interior design degree and skills in a new way.

As an active participant in the community she has been a volunteer for Junior Achievement since 2004, founder and contributing artist of the “Finding Our Voices” art show sponsored by CHANGE and co-author of the coffee table book series “Colorado Amaranth a Pictorial History.”

Jennifer Ann Bowers became a certified massage therapist after graduating from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2002. Shortly after graduating she started her own business Rose Bridge Healing Center. She was a touch therapy intern and later a touch therapy volunteer for Pikes Peak Hospice from 2002 – 2003 working both in the residence and in local care facilities. In 2004 she earned a BA in divinity from Universal Brotherhood Inc. and became an ordained minister.

She is an internationally certified Neuromuscular Therapist and holds a certificate in Trigger Point Therapy. She is also skilled in CranioSacral, Lymphatic Drainage and myofacial massage. In 1987 she began working with herbs and alternative healing methods after a leg injury. Jennifer studied at the School of Metaphysics in Des Moines, Iowa 1995-1996 and began training in Healing Touch in 1998; then became a Reiki Master in 2006. Jennifer integrates massage, energy techniques, crystals, sound, flower essences, and aromatherapy into her sessions.

Jennifer is a native of Colorado Springs. She graduated from Wasson High School, Colorado Springs, CO. in 1984 and received an AA degree in interior design from Hawkeye Institute of Technology, Waterloo, Iowa in 1992.
